Active Life Physiotherapy Centre  and its Physiotherapists are registered and recognized by all major Private Medical Insurance Companies including BUPA and AXA PPP.  Please call to request confirmation of individual physiotherapist’s provider status and provider number. Please note we do not accept Vitality Health cover.

A GP or consultant referral is usually required in order to claim under most policies.  Patients should provide both a valid membership number, authorisation code and the number of authorisaed sessions allowed prior to the initial assessment.  Failure to do so will result in the patient being liable for payment.

Please note that patients who wish to claim under medical insurance should check their level of cover. It is the patients responsibility at all times to ensure continued cover and to let Active Life know if their cover expires.

Any excess or shortfall in cover is the responsibility of the patient. This rermains the case even if you leave the job that provided you with the policy.

DNA's & late cancellation of appointments (within 48 hrs) can mean that you lose one of the sessions your insurer has authorised (if applicable) or you may be billed directly for this.
